Inspired by John Holt's classic book on children's development "How Children Fail", I'm starting these new pages to record the lessons I've taken, my observations of the students' learning and my subsequent reflections.
I have observed and constantly tried ways to help children and teenagers learn, whether in the classroom, in the computer lab for IT lessons, or in one-to-one tuition. These have often gone through long observations, trials and errors. I feel the need and urge to journal the reflections and tried methods so that I may find a more systematic and effective method to handle each different behaviour of learning.
